Our Membership Committee hosts regular “Future Member Information Nights” for prospective new Members to learn about our Co-op and ask questions regarding units, application process, community involvement, etc.

What you can expect:
Future Member Information Nights are hosted at the Bakerview Housing Co-op Community Hall. It is important you arrive on time, so you do not miss any information that is being shared.
Members of our Membership Committee will provide an introduction to cooperative living and allow you time to ask any questions you may have.
You will receive an application package, a summarized version of our Co-op rules and expectations for Membership.
You may have the opportunity to view an apartment and a townhouse unit, depending on what is coming available, as part of this orientation event.
If Bakerview Housing Co-op feels like the right fit for you, we encourage you to complete the application package, along with required documents, and return it in person to our office or by email to bkv@coho.bc.ca.
*Applications for membership must be renewed each year by notifying the office by email or in writing. Applications not renewed will be shredded every year.
